BNK2 sp. z o.o. is a technology company registered in Łódź, Poland. We build and operate IO2B, a core banking and payments platform used by institutions that carry their own authorisation.
We write and run banking software. That is the whole business: accounts, cards, transfers, FX, acquiring, issuing and switching, plus the onboarding, screening, governance and monitoring services a supervised programme needs around them.
The platform is our own code, running in production, documented down to the event contracts.
Every rail is paired with the audit, reconciliation and monitoring needed to answer a supervisor.
We mark what is live and what is optional. A platform that overstates itself costs its customers their programme.

BNK2 sp. z o.o. supplies software and technical infrastructure. BNK2 does not hold client funds, does not provide payment services to the public, does not issue electronic money, and does not carry on banking activity.
Where the IO2B platform is used to deliver regulated services, those services are provided by the client institution under its own authorisation, and that institution remains responsible for regulatory compliance towards its customers and its supervisor.
